Review : This book has
wonderful colour panels of all of Oki's famous titles and her best
images then some. their arnt many pages dedicated to one manga or
novel, about 4 pages give or take, but they consist of her best
illustration from that series, it also contains Calendar work and
other odd little images I've never seen before...
Some images are full panels but most are about 3 to a page, but this
isn't really a bad thing seen as they are all high quality and the
art book is large enough to carry it off.
All the images have a small bit of text dedicated to them explaining
what they are, what they are from and the date they were made,
luckily they are all in English.
Personal Review : I wanted this book for years, but apart
from the fact it's hard to find, when you do it's not cheep. I found
this 2nd hand from Jpqueen and
thought bugger it and bought it, and well it's now one of the most expensive
things in my collection, but was well worth being poor for!
***** = EXHALENT, Everyone must buy this! |

OMG!! This may have cost me a bloody fortune, but
owww... so niiiiice!
This is a collection of line sketches of what ever took Mamiya's
fancy. There are some concept sketches from her colour work, also
some Fan Art along with sketched from her manga's
The fan work include, Interview with a Vampire, this takes up 7
pages (scanned and residing in the named gallery here), Ruronin
Kenshin, Street Fighter II & Zero, Hyper Load Galvion?, G-Gundam,
K.O.F and tones of others I couldn't recognise. There are also tones
of Arty Square, Asgard sketches. as well as some amusing Teiou &
Keika from Ja-dou sketches.
I wish I could understand all the footnotes and scribbled notes that
litter all the pages, but if your a fan of the art work I don't
think this is any hindrance, I just want to know more about the fan
art I don't know much about :P
I was expecting to be disappointed with this art book, but I was
sooo wrong, or I'm just such a geek on artwork that this stuff fascinates
me as much as any colour work, it seems to say more about the artist
:P anyhow... if you can find this book, get it. I got mine from
Jpqueen.com they ship everywhere ^_^

Woo hoo... This is the 2nd
volume and a hell of a lot more riska, not like the first one isn't
lacking in it hinted Shonen-ai action this one is stuffed full of
Yaoi! or as yaoi as Oki get's and that fine with me *grins manically*,
tones of kissing, fondling and eep! I just cant imagine WHAT
they are doing there! (sarcasm)...
This volume contains sketches for... G-Gundam, Vatrague Tail, a
small Escaflowna skit sketch, Platonic Dance, Wonder Boys, tones of
Locus of Blue, Misc bands sketches, tones more Ja-dou!, 1 fan sketch
of Duo from Gundam Wing, Dragnet, a few from Demian Syndrome and oodles
more I just couldn't recognise!
This volumes also proves that Oki has a soft spot for Keika as in
the first book, he seems to pop up everywhere, not like I'm
complaining! *grins* another MUST have!!!!

I
think this is a spin off from the main Ja-dou trilogy. This volume is
about how Teiou & Keika first meet and fell in love... I cant
understand much cause this work is heavy on the text but you can get the general
idea... and let's face it, the artwork alone is worth it all ^_^
This isn't very graphic in the Yaoi department but hell the love seines are just eye popingly lovely ^_~
Also the two guys on the back cover are Teiou's older brothers.
I'm looking for anyone that would like to help me

This
looks like a very interesting School/collage manga... I can only guess at
what's going on...
The two guys on the cover seemed to know each other as kids. They seem to
have not seen each other since childhood, but when the Blond turns up as a
new student, he's the only one who seems to know they were friends...
anyhow, the Blond keeps getting himself injured, and gallivanting about
getting himself in trouble and trying to get the dark haired guy to stop
being so stubborn...
Well that's about all I can say about this manga, it's one to watch and
it's very pretty, *smiles* but then I'm talking about Oki here, and I'm bias
:P
I Found someone who's scanned in the whole first
chapter... But don't get to exited, they are NOT Translated >_< go HERE
