Cover's RT Cert: [ Soon coming to PAL DVD! ]
There are only two episodes in this series, There are always rumours flying about the internet that they are making more, but I'll say here that will never happen...
Both these OVA's do not in anyway portray any part of the Manga, they are there own stories somewhere in the year that Seishirou is in Subaru & Hokuto's lives. The stories themselves have more action and adventure than anything in the manga's, though they seem to stray away from the chara development other than a few comments. actually watching these Anime's is great and I love them. but if you them watch X you are lost as to why Subaru and Seishirou are mortal enemies when they were friends in TB, and Hokuto is dead... But this is getting me away from these OVA's...
1) You have Subaru investigating suspicious murders on a building site of some new high-tech building.
2) Subaru witnesses a murder on the subway, and with help he hunts down the killer with a precognitive woman and the Police.
Confused about the covers? that's it, these covers are NOT by clamp, I think they were commissioned by Manga Videos to look more exiting to the male market. I think they are both dreadful and loath them, also I think they are only on the UK release.
Released in 1994. these VHS's are rare now, so take care of them :P

Never Finished

Released by: Manga Videos
Cover's RT Cert: R,G,Veda is one of the first Anime I ever watched and being such a huge Fantasy Freek this one captured my heart. This is Clamps attempt to delve into the world of Fantasy, and they do it so well. The Anime is a little strange, launching you straight into the story, and trying to cram a 10 volume manga into an OVA... The chara development is great and the story keeps you watching, but at the end, that isn't an end, it leaves you with more questions than you can cope with, like when will they meet up with the 6th point? Who IS Kojaku? What does Ashura's Farther say to Tishokuten? is there another part? and the answers to these you will never find out... Well unless you buy all the manga and then have a fit cause not all the volumes have been Translated yet!...
As an anima though I think it's great and I love it now as I did when I first saw it... but then I know all the answers *winks*
Release Date 1993, Another cover that wasn't done by Clamp >_<

Finished

Released by: Manga Videos
Cover's RT Cert: The Art work is astounding, The Story is lacking...
I watched this with my brother who's never read the Manga, and even though he survived my screaming at the TV, even he was confused... It follows the Manga only in chara design and general personality, and even then they replaced one chara for another and make him the narrator of a story that makes no sense to either a devout X follower or someone that's never heard the name X before... Released 2000.

CardCaptors [ the Movie ]

English Sub/Dub?
English only

Finished

Released by: Contender / Emotion
Cover's RT Cert: I like Cardcaptors for the relationship Sakura has with her brother, Toya. and not forgetting the relationship between Toya and Yuki (oops *grits teeth* Julian)... But as far as a kiddi manga goes this is a great movie! again skipping nicely outside the realms of the actual story.
Sakura wins a trip to Hong Kong where Claw originally came from, and when looking around with Sakura finds a book that she and her friends get sucked into by a dead sorceress who was imprisoned by Claw himself years ago and she wants revenge... This movie is great, the art work stunning, original English voice actors from the TV series, and a good non brainer watch for anyone!
The Cover is Metallic so that's why the scan is so dark, where it's almost black it should be pink. Released 2002.
