Right.. on with my ramblings
^_^
hmm.. I don't really know where
to start... It is a Louis fan dream of a book finally to leave
Anne Rice's fingers.
And in being so I bought it in hardback.... But just like in all
the other book's I missed out most of the wafffaling between
David and Marick, only catching some of it. and went straight
for the goodis ^_^... Louis, And Oww do we get Louis. David dose
as much justice to him as Lestat did in previous book's ^_^ if not
more so. Only what dose Anne Rice have Louis do!!! Arrg talk
about hy heart almost failing... she get's Louis to commit suicide!...
Now we dont mind Louis getting beeten up or other nasty thing's
in fanfict's, or even being killed off.. for we all know it's
only FANFICTION, and not the real Louis *if you understand*. and
in SO many fanfiction Lestat always maniges to give Louis his
blood makeing him stronger *a turn I atual never like to see in
the most human of vampires*, But yet again Anne Rice has shocked
me greatly... Louis Dieing in a few tentative pages that reading
them almost makes you weep. Then Lestat bringing him back to life
with his own blood *very Dracula here* and then insisting Louis
finish the job and drink's more blood! Something we sadly do not
whitness *sob*.
What direction for the
next book?
Well I came up with 2 blindingly
obveous thiris...
1) Lestat claims all out war with the Talimenose People cos they
do something stupid, *Hopefully involving Louis, but we all know
that WONT happen* I see the hole Vampire lot geting in on this
one and again Louis getting a few line's if that in the book,
mostly David and Marrick I figur.
2) Again I can see the war with the Telimenos being paramout. But
maybe from Marrick's point of view *yawnes loudly* if it is this
I will be greatly disapointed. Again I can never stress enough my
love for Louis... Even if he will be much chainged.
Story's I would like to
see!
1) A hole book on Louis point of
view, Espeshaly now he's got Lestat's blood in his vains. I dont
even mind if it is a war with the Talimenos, so long as we get
Louis moping after Lestat and not Marrick like I can see
happening.
2) A book from Lestat point of View, again with him moping over
Louis... Ahhh nothing like a good story line I always think ^_^.
All I can say is let's prey it's
not just another Memnoch the Devil to bore us all sencless, or
another Armand to make us all get early night's, falling into a
bordum sleep with book still in hand.
Oww.. and another thing... Just
for interest and probably why Anne Rice has such a go at
Fanfiction Authers... Reading Marrick was like reading a
fanfiction I'd resently found, very well writen and VERRY long *umm
took me longer to read the fict then the book ^_^* But the basic
story line between Louis and Merrick were surprisingly familear.
obveusly the fict whent into it more and it wasnt Merrick. But
straing how theses thingas happen isnt it ^_^
